At the 2017 Elmvale Water Festival, we were reminded that Mother Nature rules. Friday was cool and overcast, but at least it was dry. .

We had lots of visitors, and as usual, the Truax water truck was very popular. On Saturday, however, we got some rain - quite a lot of rain in fact. You might even say it was a deluge. Some of the outdoor events at the Elmvale Fall Fair had to be cancelled, and there were far fewer visitors to our water truck.
Thanks to Bobby Nahuis for helping with the event on Saturday. A few photos are included here. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next year.
